A contract was Signed
From the end of this year, there will be the first roll out of certificates using BlockChain; along with a printed version, for now. You should be able to share certificates with whoever you want using this system. The schools involved this year are MCAST, ITS and NCFHE.

What is BlockChain?
Blockchain is an emerging technology with almost daily updates to its applicability to everyday life. It is known for disrupting traditional products and services due to the distributed, decentralized nature of blockchains and features such as the permanence of the BlockChain record.

BlockChain is an Extremely diverse technology that can help in all aspects of life & work, such as joint-ownership of credentials. This means that once a certificate is issued and notarized on the BlockChain, that certificate becomes jointly owned by the issuing institution and the learner. Security wise, Blockchain is currently the most secure known notary, impervious to hacking and fraud.
The BlockChain is extremely scalable. This means that since one always has to prove their education and professional experiences; skills from after primary school will be retained as proof of skills and knowledge in the future.
A huge thanks to The Ministry for Education and Employment & The Learning Machine.
