As expected, Samsung unveiled their new Note product line, which simply put, leaves the public longing for more.

First things first, the Note family has been revealed to have 2 new additions to the family; The Note 4 and the Note Edge. The Note 4 comes with a 5.7″ 1440p display and a snapdragon quadcore chipset. The Note edge on the other hand has a 5.6″ curved-edge touch display, which allows notifications, app shortcuts, and control to be displayed on the curved side whilst enclosed in its cover. Both devices have a very high quality metal finish, which give the phablets a sturdier build quality, and a sleeker look. Both devices are expected to hit the shelves globally later this year.

The company also announced a partnership with Facebook’s Oculus VR Inc., in the development of their virtual reality headset, but have failed to show the device at the IFA showfloor.
