The Playstation 4 is still dominating the sales figures, six months after release. Even though several features were announced during last year’s media event, they are yet to surface on the console.
But apart from those ground breaking aspects, the console was missing some elemental features, present in the PS3 console, including Bluray 3D compatibility. But don’t worry, Sony Computer Entertainment have announced that the PS4’s Bluray player, will be able to read 3D movies following next week’s software update, 1.75. Microsoft have made a similar announcement earlier this month, but failed to give us a concrete time window.
Sony have also yet to confirm when a similar update with other home cinema related features, mainly MP3 playback, DLNA, and Bluetooth remote compatibility, will be released.
