When mother of two Francesca Pace started taking an interest in kids fashion, particularly for her girls, the idea to create and build her own kids’ fashion brand took hold, starting off from a blog, before evolving into a designer brand priding itself in using only the finest fabrics, made of pure natural fibres. Hand-sewn at a boutique atelier to ensure the highest quality, Gaia & Nina has now reached a new milestone, having been selected to feature and be sold on BAMBINIFASHION, one of Europe’s largest international luxury children’s fashion retailers!
Sitting in esteemed company
BAMBINIFASHION enjoys over 70 years of experience with two retail shops in Vienna and a worldwide eCommerce presence. Gaia & Nina now joins not only a well-established fashion-selling platform; it’s also in grand company, sitting alongside high-end European labels like Gucci, Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana, with artisanal up-and-coming labels also adding to the mix.
The significance is not lost on Pace, having founded her label in 2018. “‘I am incredibly honoured”, she explains, “that our little local brand has been selected by the notorious international retailer BAMBINIFASHION, amongst the likes of Fendi, Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana. It blows my mind to think that we have come so far!”
Though the clothing came in 2018, the first incarnation of the Gaia & Nina brand was a blog that Pace started off in 2015. Describing it as an honest space where mothers could interact as they go through the challenges of motherhood, Gaia & Nina continued to grow, paving the way for local and international brands to reach out to Pace to feature their products on her platform.
