Amazon makes receiving Packages easier

Even though Amazon is always growing and expanding its business into many other sectors they hadn’t previously utilised, they are still continuing to strengthen their roots. The roots I am referring to are none other than their e-commerce marketplace, Amazon

Recently, Amazon quietly unveiled a new service called The Hub. The Hub will feature lockers designed to be set up in apartment complexes. Residents will be able to receive bulky packages and pick them up at times that are good for them.

No more trips to the Post Office to pick up your packages.

The interesting factor about this service is that they are offering it to any vendors using their service. They will not be limiting it to Amazon products only.

This will give  Amazon more control over their delivery service. Amazon will potentially be able to cut costs with this service while posing as potential competitors to the likes of DHL, Fedex.
