With the unveiling of the Ta’ Qali National Park revamp plans, at Gadgets we couldn’t help but get a little bit excited about the possible acts we could see performing on the new stage that should be fitted in! So, without further ado, her are our picks!
Marjann – Teen dream
Marjann showed no signs of wanting to let go of a dream she’s held since her teenage years. “Wanting to see Panic! At The Disco was something I’d always wished I could do…maybe this is the opportunity?”

James – Release the monkeys
James opted for a previous experience that needs to be shared with the rest of the island. “I had the pleasure of watching Arctic Monkeys live at Rock Werchter a couple of years ago, and it’s a joy the rest of the island should enjoy”.

Tracy – bring him back
For Tracy, it’s a case of bringing back an immense crowd-pleaser in Andrea Bocelli. The Italian tenor seems to enjoy his time in Malta, and as she said, “Him and Joseph Calleja are pretty much besties by now!”

Martina – childhood fave
Martina’s choice is also one of her childhood faves, much like Marjann. Like, who didn’t have a mini-P!nk obsession at some stage? She’s one of those evergreen artists producing good tunes consistently.

Nadya – Florence vibes
Few do performances like Florence and the Machine, and there’s no doubt that they’d give the revamped park a show that will last long in the memory. Easy to agree with Nadya on this one!

Alenka – next big star
To be fair, Billie Eilish has already hit the number 1 spot a number of times and now even has her own Bond theme, all at the tender age of 19. How about adding Malta to her CV now?
Michela – Go local
On the other hand, Michela suggested that local bands celebrate the opening night, with a mélange of Red Electrick, The Busker, The Travellers, Airport Impressions…

Fran – Proud of Pride
Though there’s no exact deadline for the project to be completed, if they manage by 2023, it would be incredible to host concerts there as part of the EuroPride 2023 celebrations. It’s a 10-day event, so there’s almost no limit to the amount of acts we could have there!

Which acts would you like to see perform at the revamped Ta’ Qali park? We want to know!
