If you’re an ICT student at the University of Malta or at MCAST, you have a lot to look forward to with all the events being planned by your student organisation – the ICT Students’ Association (ICTSA).
After a great summer of social events and the recent start of the academic year, ICTSA, in collaboration with the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, is now gearing up for its Industry Expo, which offers students a fantastic opportunity to interact with some of Malta’s top ICT businesses.
Get your portfolios ready and meet potential future employers
So get your portfolios ready! The Expo gives you the chance to find out about work opportunities in the field of ICT – you will have the opportunity to learn what the various jobs entail and the firms you could potentially be working for once you finish your studies.
What prospects have you got and what career paths might you consider?
To meet potential future employers, all you need to do is stop by the Faculty of ICT on Wednesday 9th November between 9am and 3pm. And if you can’t make it to the Faculty in person, this year’s Expo will also be held online!
More than 30 participating companies
Around 30 companies have already confirmed their participation, but ICTSA will be announcing the names of additional ones in the next couple of weeks.
At the core of ICSTA lies the ultimate aim of helping students to not limit themselves to their academic work and to help them improve their openness to what industry expects of them. And this of course why events such as the the ICTSA Industry Expo presents students with a golden opportunity to meet with prominent ICT partners such as GO, RSM Malta, ANCHOVY., EY Malta, Shireburn Software Ltd, PwC Malta, and Tech.mt, just to mention a few.
