With Maltese song “Kullimkien Konkos” still fresh on the TikTok airwaves, a fresh konkos-layered barb has been aimed at Ian Borg once again, this time on his Wikipedia page. Although it’s been corrected since, it made news pretty quickly and was allowed enough time for a screenshot.
Short, sweet & not so subtle
Though Borg’s Wiki page is not too detailed, the anonymous editor added the nickname “Konkos” to the minister’s full name, reading Ian “Konkos” Borg. A line was also added claiming that he’s known to the local population as “Il-King tal-Konkos”, before being removed at 10:15 PM.
