This year, Gadgets in collaboration with Malta Robotics Olympiad and GO will be bringing you the MRO19 Technology and Gadgets Expo.
The Gadgets Expo
After 10 years, We’re taking Gadgets to the next level. For the first time ever, we’ll be hosting our own Expo during MRO19. We’ll be showcasing technology that was featured during the program, as well as some shiny new gadgets that we’ve yet to feature, which you will be able to try, hands-on during the Gadgets Expo.
But that’s not all!
We’re also inviting exhibitors to contact us so that they can show off their own gadgets and their latest products.
Presenting the Gadgets Expo will be none other than our very own Ian and Rachel. We guarantee it will be the best place to experience some of the latest technology for yourself and to catch a glimpse of what the world we live in could be like in the not so distant future.
What else will MRO19 Feature?
Every year the Malta Robotics Olympiad hosts a number of robotics challenges for both children and adults. Such as the Lego Sumo Challenge that had secondary schools competing against each other to make a small robot that can stay in the ring, and push the other robot off. Or the “Big Challenge” where a team needs to build a robot from scratch that can autonomously navigate an obstacle course.
Apart from the annual robotics challenges, MRO19 will be showcasing everything from DIY robots, to esports, to Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
MRO19 will have it all and will be held from the 10th until the 12th of May. We’re inviting technology geeks, technophobes, and everyone in between to experience the largest tech event in Malta.
