Vacancies have arisen for the position of Technical Services Officer within the following areas:
1. Service Call Centre: The Technical Services Officer here provides high quality, remote technical support to MITA customers through the full use of availability management tools whilst diagnosing incidents and providing feedback.
2. Control Centre: The Technical Services Officer here monitors and supports all Government ICT services and infrastructure to ensure excellent service provision on a 24x7x52 basis. This position is shift based.
