MITA Project Team Leader



i) Enterprise Data Management

The Project Leader shall assist the Enterprise Data Manager in the strategic and operational aspects of the implementation of the Public Sector Information Re-use (PSI) Directive, data sharing and other data-related activities.

Knowledge / experience in Data Science together with an appreciation of the legislative environment and framework related to enterprise data management will be considered an asset.

ii) Government Corporate Financial Management

The Project Leader shall coordinate and lead activities associated with the Government Financial Management Information system that will include the implementation of the new system. The role entails liaison with Client users, external suppliers and MITA IT service departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of contractual deliverables.

Knowledge / experience in financial systems and/or accounting/finance will be considered a critical asset.

For (i) and (ii) above, eligible candidates must hold either of the following qualifications and/or experience in an ICT related area:

i) A qualification (MQF Level 7 OR higher); OR

ii) A qualification (MQF Level 6) and an additional one year experience; OR

iii) A qualification (MQF Level 5) and an additional three years experience; OR

iv) A qualification (MQF Level 4) and an additional four years experience; OR

v) Five years experience in a related area.

*Candidates’ qualifications, experience and competencies will be assessed in line with the Agency’s Career Progression framework. Successful candidates may be engaged at either the standard level – Career Level 4 or the Senior level – Career Level 5.
